Exchange and Returns
Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer exchange and returns with the following conditions:
- Only one exchange or return is allowed for an order.
- Your request for exchange or return must be made known via email at care@hellocurve.com within 7 days of order receipt.Â
- The unwanted item is sent back to us within 7 days of order receipt, with tracking information of the parcel made known to us via email within the same period of 7 days from order receipt. The return mail must be tracked.Â
- All costs of returning items is borne by the customer.
- We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery) parcels.
- The mailing fee of sending the replacement item to the customer is borne by us.Â
- The mailing method used by us for the replacement item is standard shipping.
- Returns are for store credit.
- Items returned must be in brand new condition; unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unscented. If the item returned is in a condition that makes it unable to be re-sold, the return will be rejected. The item will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost or disposed of.
- We do not accept refunds.
- Exchange and returns are not available for intimates including lingerie, swimwear and undergarments.
